Mobs do not rotate properly when randomly facing at player or another entity

Mob that are trying to look at the player in creative will stop for a few seconds and starts rotating after they stopped, this will repeat itself and eventually they failed to look at the player when they are on their sides or behind them. This may have occured after beta 1.9.0.2 released.
