[Fixed] Bells ring when touched by cats

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a bell on the ground;
2. Spawn a cat next to it;
3. Push the cat towards the bell.

Expected results:
The bell stays still.

Observed results:
The bell rings insanely until the cat decides to move.
