Iron Golems spawn trapped with feet underground

Whenever an iron golem spawns in a village on farmland, its feet are in the ground so it's buried up to the waist and cannot walk around.

If killed, the iron ingots drop underground too and can be retrieved by digging down one block.

Has been happening in all versions of Bedrock on the Switch up to and including 1.10.
