Game is essentially unplayable. Unable to get past the main menu.

When Minecraft is opened it takes too long to sign into Xbox Live even with a stable internet connection so worlds cannot be accessed. If you wait for the app to sign in, as soon as it does the app crashes and restarts making the game unplayable.
