I catch on fire mining (no visible fire/lava)

(This error happened last night, while the game updated to 1.10 this morning, so it wasn't actually 1.10)

While mining deep underground, I caught fire in a specific spot twice. It is surrounded mostly by stone and one redstone ore block. There is lava under the stones, but not visible. I have captured a video of each incident (with coordinates) but I'm not sure how to get them off my Switch.
