Should use date cellular for play multiplayer

first, my friend and I often played minecraft multiplayer.
and we don't need to use cellular data to play it.
only need to turn on the hotspot and not turn on the data while you can already play
but ... now we turn on the hotspot, and have to turn on cellular data so that my friends can enter my world.

can you make minecraft like before? there is no cellular data usage for wifi and hotspots during 5 people multiplayer (not server) ??

please, we here do not have wifi

 

Last.. i'm can multiplayer with hotspot in MCPE Alpha (can multiplayer when not use datecellular)
