My Minecarft skin page is not working and it wont let me use custom skins

When I open my skin page every thing is blank and I can't chose any thing. when I press the "custom skin" button it shows my camera roll but when I click on one that DID work in 1.7.0  but then it just shows a blank area and is considered a corrupt skin.
