Pillagers chase after players even in creative

When you go to survival and spawn a pillager, they will follow. However when you run far away from the pillager and go to creative very fast, the pillager still wants to shoot you
To Reproduce
1. Go to survival and spawn a pillager
2. Quickly run away from the pillager
3. Go to creative
4. The pillager will shoot you/ forgets you

Observed results
The pillager still follows the player in creative

Expected results
The pillager should stop following the player and shoot them in creative
