Problem with barrier blocks

When I hold a barrier in my hands It glitches and all surrounding barriers become very distorted and huge, making it hard to place barriers BUT recently I got a new iPad and the SAME thing happened. I checked in with my sister and my friends and they had the same problem too! Making it a bit annoying to place barrier blocks...
