Minecart Only Moves one square per 3 seconds (Nintendo Switch)

Today the minecarts suddenly stopped working. The move agonizingly slow. I take it this is after an update, or perhaps someone has suggestions. I checked the open issues for this one and didn't find it.

 

This is in Creative, Infinite, using about 48 MB at the moment
