Berry bushes can still slow you down even if you are flying in creative

When you go to Creative Mode and fly towards a berry bush, it will slow you down even if you are in Creative and not in Survival Mode.
Reproduce
1. Place fully grown berry bush
2. Go to creative and fly towards it

Note: This is unintended behavior, sweet berry bushes shouldn't be slowing players in creative. Cobwebs don't slow players down in creatvie, which is NOT a bug, and I feel like the berry bushes should do the same like cobwebs.
