Cannot connect to the world

This problem happened in a Android device and an IOS device (<-- My Girlfriend's one)

 

So, I tried to join the game of my Gf with the online Xbox Live feature in the tab "Friends" but, whenever I tap to join and wait for the loading screen to finish, the game refuses to let me in with a message saying: Cannot connect to the world (No es posible conectarse al mundo)

 

I tried repeatedly to join to her game (20+ tries). She tried to (join) mine too but the same problem happened.

 

We both have the latest version of the game (Tbh, we bought the game yesterday 13/03/2019)

 

My Xbox Live Acc is TallarinRojo if somebody want to have further contact with me.
