Multiple achievements not unlocking

Multiple achievements are not unlocking even after completing the specific tasks for them multiple times. I have tried unlocking the in different worlds in survival mode and still not being able to earn them. I’ve tried everything from hard resetting my console and router, I tried uninstalling /installing the game, even following achievement guides on YouTube to make sure I’m doing the right steps earn the achievements and still nothing. This is a list of achievements that I’ve been having problems with: Renewable Energy, Super Fuel, Beam Me Up, Treasure Hunter, Feeling III and Cheating Death.
