Screen starts uncontrollably shaking until I open my inventory

This happens to me most times when I either sprint or fly. One second, it's perfectly fine, but the next, the screen shakes and I'm unable to move my character. This bug makes the game virtually impossible to play. It happens every one minute or so and lasts until I open my inventory or stop doing whatever I'm doing, and that can be very frustrating when trying to build. I've already tried messing with the settings (sensitivity), but that didn't do anything.
