Top of the door texture is broken

Summary:
The tops of doors sometimes shows an incorrect texture, depending on their orientation.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a door using this command:
   /setblock ~ ~ ~ spruce_door 1
2. Look at the top of the door

Observed Results:
The top of the door the wrong texture, and shows part of the door handle etc.

Expected Results:
The door texture should be correct, and consistent no matter which direction it is placed in.

Original Description:
This is not a duplicate of MCPE-32414, this is different. Depending on which direction the door is facing, the top will have the doorknob on it. I haven't really researched this issue, so I don't know what direction the door has to face in.
