World generation issue (bug or a glitch)

I hop in the nether to go back home where i live and this bug or a glitch spawn when i enter the nether it take so long to generate .. But i quit the world and go in to check if is completely generate and no its still there.... But this screenshot is where i was in a cave not out ... Try to figure it out mojang. I dont know if is rhe game or the seed. Here is the seed if is the world not generate.(seed -77317271)
