Realms and achievements on Xbox one bedrock

First, I just bought realms and when I try to replace the realm with one of my saves it says 0 of 0mb uploaded and then failed upload. Does the same with resetting the realm. Second, the achievements for constructing a dispenser, fully powering a beacon, eating rotten flesh for starvation, smelting wood blocks to make charcoal, and powering a furnace with lava are not unlocking after completing them .
