minecraft windows 10 does not open

while my mincrosoft store was crashed with the error code 0x80131500 i tried to leave the beta mode.But then i remembered that i need to reinstal the game to leave beta.So i opened the xbox insider hub and i rejoined the beta version.Then i tried to open the game and it crashed.But not only in my user.It crashed on all users.Even if i make i new user it doesnt work.Even if i use the store(in one of the other users) to reinstal the game it doesnt work.
