Strongholds no longer generate at their original position

Strongholds no longer generate at their original location where the old villages are. However in the changelog it didn't mention this change. This makes some seeds more unbalance as the player needs to travel more distance to find the stronghold.

An example of this is the Stronghold Village seed from the seed picker(-1804478546) where the stronghold didn't generate at its original location but instead at 2238 22 32.
