Worried pandas don't shake and cover their faces during thunderstorm

Worried pandas use to shake and cover their faces. Currently they rock up and down and they don't cover their faces.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Spawn a 'worried' panda
2. Use /weather thunder

Observed results
Worried panda normally sits and rock back and forth.

Expected results
The worried panda would shake and cover their faces like they should do.
