Bad Omen shows infinite time, and always activates after killing a pillager and drinking milk, and quitting then reloading the game

Once I have killed a pillager in creative mode. Then the bad omen effect appears, and I drink milk to eliminate it.

But after this, every time when I load the game from main menu, the bad omen effect always happens. There is no way to eliminate it.
