Missing Block Cracking Particles

The Bug
Blocks do not emit block cracking particles while breaking them

Steps to reproduce

• Set Gamemode to Survival
• Punch any block

What was expected
The particle corresponding to the block texture would be emitted

What happens
No particles are emitted at all
