[Fixed] Dousing campfires with splash bottles only works when it hits the side

Summary:
Throwing splash water potions at a campfire only works when the potion hits the side of the block.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a campfire
2. Throw a splash potion directly on the top of it

Observed Results:
The campfire does not go out. The splash potion has to hit the side of it in order to extinguish it.

Expected Results:
The campfire should be extinguished if a splash potion lands on top.

Throwing splash bottles on the top of the campfire doesn't work, it only works when thrown at the side of the block.
