App crash pack ZigZag

Hi, First, scuse me for my english I'm french..

 

So, I bought a texture pack Zigzag and every time I open a world , the app crash or shut down, there is a black screen and it goes back to the main menu of the phone. I'm on Iphone 8. I tried to delete the pack and re-download it but its the same thing... Could you help me please ?? Thanks!
