Part of the minecraft world are not being loaded and lagging issues

Hello, I'm writing this report about new world that myself and love started on minecarft on Monday. We have experience severe lags and world that are not being loaded until we go to the unloaded world. This make the experience for Minecraft a problem and unease experience overall as we never experience this before.
