Iron Golems not attacking zombie villagers

watched a probably recently turned zombie villager take out a golem. Golem stood there and did nothing. Also golems getting stuck in water. one block deep. haven't recreated this bug. could be a flux.

 

Sure wish those villagers would learn to close doors.
