Worlds will not load in most textures

None of my worlds or the worlds I join, including servers, load in the textures of blocks, players, or mobs other than odd exceptions such as beds and the tails of horses. The blocks are there, I just can't see them. None of the other players in the worlds seem to have any issues. I restarted my game and my computer, but it did not help.
