New Villages not generating in old maps even if the Experimental Mode is on

New Villages or updated villages cannot be generated in old worlds that already created since the older versions even the experimental button is on

 

I discovered this bug when I was using /locate command to locate the new village but then I used the /tp command and follow the coordinates and the new village was not there, it's absolutely nothing
