Glitching through blocks by digging them and walk by

Hello there,

I noticed that in several featured Bedrock servers, we can dig and go through blocks when we normally can't. This happen when it's in survival mode, but normally protected from digging. I tried on glass panes, even glass block and leaf blocks, I succeded to go through. I have to precise I don't see any lag when I'm on any server, if this can help.
