Stuff not working

You cannot craft the grindstone as the stone in the crafting table is called "text.double_stone_slab4.stone.name". Im not sure how to get "smooth stone" as smelting "stone" in a furnace no longer works. As a result i am unable to craft the new blast furnace. And finally the "lantern" has the name "sea lantern"
