Losing connection to both my minecraft world and Xbox live at the same time

For the last 2-3 month, i experience diffculty to play minecraft, multiple times i lose connetion to my cloud saved world, but every time it happens i lose connetion to xbox live and end up with the Minecraft ingame startscreen, i lost count on how many times this has happend, but lets say 50 times, it´s not fun to play the game if you are kicked out completly after 15-30 min over and over... the problem seems to last forever. thankful for help.
