Lantern not available in creative

I have two different profiles on my Xbox one and both updated recently.

One of the profiles HAS the lantern in creative, while the other profile doesn't have it.

Why would this be? I've been googling for days to try and figure out why one of the profiles would have gotten it, and the other didn't.

The one that didn't get the lantern got, from what I can tell, everything else in the update.

(Walls, stairs, slabs, etc)
