Every item in my inventory disappeared and all my levels are gone.

I loaded my world and every item and armour and all my levels were gone. I had a diamond Pic axe, diamond sword, all iron armour, 7 buckets of lava, 1 bucket of water, iron sword, iron pic axe, iron axe, that's all the important items I remember.
