Stairs and Slabs Do Not Cause Grass to Become Dirt

When you place a stair or slab on grass it will not become dirt automatically.

NOTE: This was tested with cobblestone stairs and slabs. It may or may not be an issue with other types. It also affects Android as my Droid X2 is affected.
