Permanent lingering potion (lag)

Hello We have a glitch where lingering potions stay we’ve tried restarting our game and Minecraft but it doesn’t go away and now we have incredible lag and can’t Move easily because of this my friends I’m playing on switch and my friend and someone else playing on Xbox and IOS IPad also potions don’t effect either they just cause massive lag

we really need help we can’t turn of potion effect either
