Mcpe Multiplayer Problem

Note: This is not Duplicate This Issue Is Different Please Solve This Any Case.

I found a promlem That when i open a world with cellular data (Enabled use cellular data) in 1.7+ or 1.10.0.3+ and open tabs menu i see multiplayer is turned off and when i play with Wi-Fi it turns on please fix it
