My game freezes when logging in or going into a world

Whe I'm making a world or logging into my Microsoft account my game will freeze not allowing me to play and nomtter how many times I refresh the game it's still dose it and I haven't been able to play for weeks because if it doesn't freeze whilst logging in it freezes when I try to go into a world 

please help fix this bug
