Grass on Minecraft Bedrock doesn't spread.

I have noticed that grass on Minecraft Bedrock doesn't spread at all.  I am not the only one who experiences this and I have seen posts about it on Reddit from 2015 witch means this has been a problem for a long time.  This is a game breaking bug (Or maybe even feature) especially for people who farm, which is already an important part of Minecraft.  This makes farming sheep impossible, making land around you base ugly, and making path block hard. This bug better get fix ASAP.
