Command block switching players to adventure spans chat with changing to survival and to adventure and can’t see chat

When I put a command block down with /game mode a r=50 players chat will keep going with changing game mode to s and back to a and won’t let them see chat plz help I already tried to setting command blockoutout false but still goes on
