Mine carts Only wobble on my newly laid tracks

my railcarts were working fine, but any new track i lay now will not allow the cart to ride on it, i just moves forward a few tracks rocking from side to side as if there is an earthquake happening "i now that description sounds silly but that is the best way to explain"
