Add-ons get removed after leaving a new world.

So when I make a brand new world I add behavior packs and resource packs. When I join the new world the add-on works and resources work, but when I leave the world and go into world settings it removes both the behavior and resource packs. there is also a bug in were I can't upload a world with add-ons and resource packs to a realm, but it uploads the world only. I'm using a add-on that requires experimental mode on so that may cause some of the problem. The add-on I use is called carnage and can be found on mcpedl.com and the resource pack I use is the one that goes to the behavior pack and also a custom texture that I made.
