No keyboard/mouse support for Android

Minecraft Pocket Edition needs to allow keyboard/mouse/touchpad input on devices that have them, like Google TV and the Asus Transformer Pad w/ keyboard dock. This could be enabled in the options and allow users to use WSAD and the mouse.
