Glitch in blocks

I'm not fully sure what it effects but I have a fully updated edition of minecraft and just within the past day or so my blocks started glitching making it so my blocks aren't right. White carpet is orange and black wool and carpet had flowers on it and it is showing this in my inventory and when blocks are placed.
