Multiplayer Doesnt Work on Phone

So I am Able to see My Multiplayer Worlds on my Computer on my Account but I Cant see the ones on my phone with my Account.

 

Then I Went to Invite My Sisters Account on my PC, and My Multiplayer was Turned off!

So I went to turn it On, And is WAS ON. but when i go into world, ITS OFF!!!
