Cutting Trees crashes windows 10 edition

im my survival world i am cutting a lot of trees and every once in awhile i cut on log then get to the bottom log of the tree and like halfway through breaking it the game freezes and i have to restart the game to fix it :?

 

steps to reproduce:

1. in survival
2. iron pickaxe
3. cut down trees
