Valid particles do not show using /particle

I have the following notes:

-Has texture packs (with only item textures and names changed)

-Using an /execute command to do so.

-Tried /particle command on self but didn't done anything

 

So, I searched up on wiki, searched for added particle list and tried it for myself, didn't work. I even tried to re-open the game to see if it fixes but nothing happens.
