Hitching in graphics with latest updates

I have updated to latest versions and I started noticing hitching in graphics.

It is not smooth at all.

How to test it?

• use right stick to turn around (hold it. camera will be turning around unconditionally)

you will see hitching. earlier it was very smooth.

it started happening after I updated recent two updates.

please fix it. it is annoying.
