Realm crashes Minecraft

Realms crash whenever too many entities loaded. Mob farm crashes game. Even throwing eggs crashes game. Simply breeding cows seems to slow the game to a crawl. This is on the new iPad Pro.  Local worlds work fine even with large farms.
