Splash Potion Time Wrong

I Made a maxed out potion of Night vision turned it into potion of invisibility and then turned it into a splash potion but time is wrong on it for the text. ive included pictures of it and its off by 2 minutes. i threw splash potion straight up and tested it also straight down throwing it both 4 minutes.
