Chicken farms become so dense in entities that chickens fly through blocks

In a 1x1 block space, with a hopper at the bottom, multiple chickens in the location cause the hit boxes to stack, and at a certain mob density cause any additional chickens to fly out instantly, even through blocks such as stairs or solid blocks.
